These days, which are held on the first Saturday of August in the facilities of the old Summer Cinema, represent a Gastronomic Exhibition of the most typical dishes and recipes of the town, which brings together almost a hundred residents each year for their artisanal and subsequent elaboration. exposition. In it you can taste the most typical riverside gastronomy dishes related to the different festivities, seasons as well as the most traditional events around local gastronomy. A total of eight tables: Christmas, Compadres, Easter, Christ, Caldereta, Wedding and traditional sweets make succulent dishes made by hand and as has been done since yesteryear available to locals and visitors. Dishes and products such as cod in canteens, caldereta, guarrino, migas, escabeche de gallina, Easter buns, gazpacho and numerous fried and cooked sweets delight the attendees, turning these days into a sample expected with great expectation by riparian and emigrants. Since 2016, the typical products of international cuisine represented by the group of immigrants who have resided for years in the town and who prepare their most typical dishes around international tables in Romania, Senegal and Brazil have also had a place in this gastronomic exhibition. .
