The fairs and festivities in honor of the Cristo de las Misericordias are held in mid-September, generally beginning on the 13th, the day before the parade of giants and big heads, accompanied by the “Municipal Band of Music ”, the traditional proclamation of the festivities and the burning of fireworks that kick off the festivities, and ends four days later, being the 14th local festival and the big day, when the solemn religious function is held in honor to the Christ with the later and traditional besapié. Its verbenas and matinees around the many canteens are traditional, as well as other sports and children's activities.
